2024 Emmanuel Rouget Bourgogne Passetoutgrains, Burgundy, France Curtet Partially de-stemmed (50%) and fermentedA blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, co fermented to highlight vibrant red fruit character. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral vessels. Wine arrives late April, 2026.
